Please be aware of the following:

Payment is due at the time of the appointment. A credit card must be kept on file for all clients.
Be mindful of our cancellation policy. Appointments that are canceled or rescheduled by the client with less than 48-hours notice, or missed by the client, will be charged to the credit card on file at the 75 dollars.
If you are more than 10 minutes late for a 60 minute appointment or 5 minutes late for a 30 minute appointment, they will be canceled and considered a missed session.
Three or more “no-shows”, late cancellations/reschedules may result in dismissal from the practice.
